modalities and spiritual disciplines.

think of it similar
to the cost of a cup of coffee a week with a friend
(2 coffees $3 each = $6 x 16 = $96)
manifesting mums also meet face
to face every 4 months for a ½ day playday workshop
costing $50 per person, these are deeply nurturing
and lots of fun.
